Diffenbachia plant is a plant with large and beautiful leaves that grows in tropical regions and is used for interior decoration of homes and indoor environments. To root Dieffenbachia plant in the soil, you can follow the following steps:

1. Choosing the right leaf: Choose the leaf you want to root Dieffenbachia. The leaf must be whole and healthy and cut from the middle.

2. Preparation of the leaf: From the selected leaf, cut the part of the base that is connected to the stem with a sharp and clean blade and obtain a smooth base.

3. Rooting in water: prepare a transparent container full of water and put the Dieffenbachia leaf in it. Make sure that the base of the leaf is submerged in the water and that the leaf is not completely submerged.

4. Moist environment: Place the leaf in a moist environment to root. You can use a plastic container to create a humid environment. In this case, place the leaf in a container and then cover the container with plastic to keep the moisture inside the container.

5. Proper light: Place the leaf in an environment with proper light, but avoid direct sunlight. Indirect and medium light is very useful for root growth.

6. Change the water: Change the water in the container regularly to keep the freshness and coolness of the water. This prevents the accumulation of wasted materials and graying of the water.

7. Root growth: After some time (usually a few weeks), new roots form from the base of the leaf. When the roots are long enough and developed, you can transplant the leaf into the soil for further growth in the pot.

The unique performance of Paji compost for the growth and rooting of this plant was also wonderful.

Also, for the best results, it is better to try the Dieffenbachia leaf in other ways before starting rooting, including using wet sheets for rooting in the soil or using special rooting substances such as growth hormone.
